We are still struggling.. our business devastated by hackers and inability to find a live person inside Google

Three+ weeks ago we were hacked by a Syrian group. We cleared their malware out, installed a firewall and now we cannot find a live human being inside Google to fix this. We’ve now lost a month of income, cannot post to Facebook or Instagram to drive traffic and shares to our site until Google removes the This Site May Be Hacked designation.

We’re small players caught up in a net designed to catch serial cheats and frauds and NO ONE CARES. We have done everything Google has asked and yet we are still in limbo.

We will have to shut the doors on a 10 year institution because of arbitrariness and caprice on the part of one of the world’s largest companies who just does not give a shit about small news outlets.

Welcome to what should be criminal injustice made real. You are small, you do not matter, go f*** yourselves. We literally have two weeks until we pull the plug and give up.

That should not be allowed to happen to any small business.
