Trump called ex-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates ‘such a c*nt,’ book alleges

President Donald Trump referred to then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates with a profane name that is sometimes used to crudely refer to female genitalia.

MSNBC’s Craig Melvin brought up the passage while discussing Michael Wolff’s new book about Trump’s presidency, which made waves on Wednesday when it was revealed Steve Bannon had called Donald Trump Jr’s meeting with Russians “treasonous.”

“And Trump conceived an early, obsessive antipathy for Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates,” the passage obtained by MSNBC reads, “she was, he steamed, ‘such a c**t’.”

Yates was fired by Trump in 2017 after she informed the White House that then-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn had lied to the FBI.
