As the Three dog Night Song from the 1980s says, what you are is louder than what you say. The ‘failing New York Times’ broke a blockbuster story trump pawned off as ‘Fake News’ whilst in Davos, but then flew home in a rage so poweful it powered AF-1. They revealed that Trump ordered the firing of Robert Mueller in June of last year, a month after his appointment and WH Counsel Don McGhan stopped him by threatening to resign and would have created a ‘Saturday night massacre’ of epic proportions had he done so. The House GOP, FOX News and far right media continued to assert that there is a memo of classified information that Nunes has been warned not to release that will blow the investigation wide open and totally discredit Mueller and the FBI. How weird is it that Republicans are picking fights with the FBI while Democrats are supporting it. It is a very conservative law enforcement group where one can wear either a white or blue shirt in the same off-the-rack suit. Comey and Mueller were appointed by Republican presidents yet now are the enemy of the people. How will they be able to recover from this and do their important investigative work?
Closer to home, Theresa May and Brexit seem to be unravelling each week as th EU has now demanded that the UK provide special status for Eu citizens arriving up to the final day of transition in 2020 and they want tougher stand on EU trade and UK would need new permissions to sign trade deals before the end of 2020. Still want to do Brexit PM?
