Ep. 103 Hard to Say Goodbye

We say farewell to Number 44, President Obama. We also discuss Trump’s fight with civil rights icon John Lewis on Martin Luther King’s Birthday last Monday. Can you imagine ANYONE saying Lewis has done nothing for civil rights with a straight face? John Lewis was first man over the Edmund Pettis Bridge in Selma, Alabama. Theresa May explained Brexit in twelve easy steps… that will surely bring mass economic destruction to the UK. Northern Ireland does not have an executive with no 1st or Deputy Minister, Wales and Scotland being forced to accept a hard Brexit and Scotland racing towards a 2nd independence referendum. And do we really need a Welsh Parliament vs. the National Assembly. That is a needless ego filled change that will cost millions to make in a time of reduced budgets for the NHS, education, roads and local authorities… As we are wont to say… “What could possibly go wrong?”
